Through an efficient & connected network, your package will arrive to you in a Fedex/UPS/White padded package. There would be no indication outside about the contents of the package. The shipping label will say as shipped by & from 'Shipping Department, Happy Birds Inc, Atlanta USA' so there will be no mention of the site IMbesharam.com nor would there be any Besharam company branding on the package (See example). Rest assured your concerns are our concerns, so you can relax and shop at ease, we got your back.

SELF PICK-UP (YOU WILL PICK UP FROM COURIER OFFICE)

This is one of the innovative and intelligent ways we preserve your need for discretion. Should you choose for the order NOT to arrive at your home/office - NO Problem, You can choose to have it wait for you at the closest local office of our courier company (BlueDart/Aramex) in your area/pincode. Just select SELF PICKUP as a delivery preference option in your shopping cart when placing your order. Note: This service may not be available in all regions.

We take full responsibility of the products we sell, so you, the customer does not have to worry about customs clearance or import restrictions. We export our products from US, import them in India through our own partner company, pay import duties & taxes and clear customs via our network of brokers, and bring your order to your door via trustworthy regional courier company in a discreet package.
