How long will the entire returns process take?

30 - 10 - 2016

It takes about 2-3 days for the package to get to us in our India distribution center. Allow us two week after that to inspect the order, process your return and get a replacement in. So give us about 3 weeks from date of pickup to completely process your return/exchange.
